Dan is played by Luke Erceg
Dan is a sixteen year old, hard working, generous boy with a great enthusiasm for horses. During Ally’s time away in Singapore he’s helped out at the riding school run by Ally’s parents. When Ally returns to Australia she’s a bit jealous of Dan – and how he’s taken over all the tasks that she used to perform. This creates tension between the two – all of it coming from Ally’s direction. But as Ally gets to know Dan she increasingly starts to respect his abilities with horses and like him for his natural and unaffected personality.
Throughout the Series it is seen that Dan and Ally have feelings for each other. As seen in Episode 11 when they go to a dance together
